Thelma Rose is a Johannesburg based Professional Belly dance teacher, choreographer and performer. 

Thelma Rose founded her dance troupe “Alimah Roses” who currently train and perform in Johannesburg. 

She has also been a guest performer at various annual studio showcases and International Dance festivals

She was crowned as the first ever South African Drum Solo Queen in July 2014 and Judged the 2019, 2021 and 2025 Miss Belly Dance South Africa competition

Thelma is known to reflect and project happiness and energy on stage , and sometimes body poetry to suit the mood of the performance and music.

Mandy's dance journey began at just 13 years old, gracing world-class stages in Malaysia. Her passion and skill quickly led her to teach dance by 16 under her mother's guidance. Mandy's rise to fame truly took off when she became the resident Belly dancer for Al-Nafourah at the prestigious Le Méridien Hotel, captivating 5-star diners every night alongside her sister.

A multi-award-winning dancer, Mandy is a two-time Asia Pacific Dance Masters Belly dance Champion and a Sri Lanka dance competition Champion, with a collection of awards, certifications, and trophies celebrating her excellence. She's enthralled audiences from India to Italy with her dynamic performances, seamlessly blending stage presence with interactive engagement.

From Belly dance with a Snake to Samba, Hip Hop, and Bollywood, Mandy's expertise spans numerous dance disciplines. She's been a resident dancer at top restaurants like Darren Restaurant and Al Nafourah, and her client list includes the Royalty of Malaysia, NBA All-Star Basketball Team, and entrepreneur Neelofa.
